Softball Batter Up is a modified softball program that teaches fundamental skills through a series of FUN and SAFE games for kids.

As Softball Australia’s national participation program, Softball Batter Up, is designed to be fun, flexible and engaging for children (ages 3-8), focusing on fun activities while learning basic throwing, catching, striking and decision making skills.

The program will be adapted for all ages and abilities using the Game Sense and CHANGE IT approach. Softball Batter Up activities align with the national health and physical education curriculum in schools, are written with the purpose of engaging children in physical activity and fostering a life-long love of sport.
